Colorado Springs now has many options for TRICARE beneficiaries to book the COVID-19 vaccine.  They are as follows:

Peterson/21 MDG: is administering the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to ALL beneficiaries ages 16 and older.  Book your appointment using the new DHA Appointing Portal at https://informatics-stage.health.mil/COVAX/ and follow the site for Colorado, Peterson AFB.  Specific location instructions are provided when booking.

USAFA/10 MDG: is administering the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to ALL beneficiaries ages 16 and older.  Book your appointment using the new DHA Appointing Portal at https://informatics-stage.health.mil/COVAX/ and follow the site for the U.S. Air Force Academy.  Specific location instructions are provided when booking.

Fort Carson/Evans Army Community Hospital:  TRICARE beneficiaries age 18 and up can now schedule their COVID-19 vaccine appointments at Fort Carson using the DHA Appointing Portal at https://informatics-stage.health.mil/COVAX/ following the site for Colorado, Fort Carson.

If you would like to schedule your appointment by phone, please call the COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Line Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (719) 503-0820.

Pueblo Colorado Vaccination Site:  This vaccination is taking place at the Pueblo County Fairgrounds with 3,000 shots available daily.  It is recommended that you make an appointment through the following website:  https://www.primarybio.com/l/centuramassvaccine. All personnel and family age 16 and older are eligible to receive COVID vaccination at the Pueblo, CO FEMA site.  Active Duty members are required to provide documentation of any vaccinations given through this site to their 21st MDG Primary Care provider or the 21st MDG Vaccine clinic following vaccination in order to document the action in their medical readiness records.

Off-Base/Local Community: For available locations, visit https://covid19.colorado.gov/for-coloradans/vaccine/where-can-i-get-vaccinated.  Active Duty members are required to provide documentation of any vaccinations given through this site to their 21st MDG Primary Care provider or the 21st MDG Vaccine clinic following vaccination in order to document the action in their medical readiness records.
