Last week’s question and answer:
When the 50th Space Wing replaced the 2nd Space Wing Jan. 30, 1992, three Falcon Air Force Base units previously assigned to the 2 SW were retained.  What are these three units?  Those units were the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Space Operations Squadrons. The wing also retained the 2nd Satellite Tracking Group at Onizuka Air Force Station, California, which was redesignated the 750th Space Group.
