Schriever Gratitude Garden and Community Library Grand Opening

Schriever Air Force Base celebrated April as the Month of the Military Child. Schriever Air Force Base celebrated April as the Month of the Military Child. The SAFB School Liaison opened the Gratitude Garden and Community Library to provide a location for military children to gather and practice gratitude by writing, listening and learning together. At the Community Library, anyone can take a book and leave a book to share and build a life-long love of reading. The garden was officially opened adjacent to the CDC Friday, April 30, 2021.
