SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Team 5-0 leadership gathered together for the first ever Force Distribution Board at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado, Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016. For technical sergeants and below, forced distribution limits the top two promotion recommendations a commander is authorized to give to time-in-grade/time-in-service promotion-eligible Airmen.
