SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Each month the Schriever Air Force Base Top III selects a top performer to highlight the superior efforts and contributions of our junior enlisted members.

Tech. Sgt. Antonio Ramirez, 50th Civil Engineer Squadron, earned November's honor.  As the unit deployment manager, he is responsible for the execution of all 50 CES deployment activities. This includes tracking the readiness status and training for 60 mobility positions and 14 functional unit type codes,

As well as guiding members through the deployment process from the initial tasking phase to the post-deployment reintegration. Ramirez has overseen the expansion of readiness reporting from tracking deployment capabilities to now include the capability of the unit to execute its home-station mission.  This expansion of reporting metrics provides the 50th Space Wing commander a better overview of the most current capabilities of the squadron, allowing them the ability to ensure Schriever Air Force Base has what it needs to keep the mission going. Ramirez demonstrates his willingness to step up and execute whatever is necessary to accomplish the Schriever mission.
