Cookies for the Troops
Let's make the holidays brighter for those serving our country! The Peterson Spouse's Club is gathering and delivering cookies to troops on Schriever and Peterson for the holidays. Cookies can be dropped off at Tierra Vista Community Center on Schriever Air Force Base from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m this Tuesday. Donations will also be accepted at the Peterson Air Force Base Chapel between 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. this Tuesday.
Angel Tree gift collection reminder
The 50th Space Wing chapel office wants to remind angel tree gift volunteers to please turn in their gifts for their assigned children by Dec. 11. Gifts will be collected in the Chaplain's office, located in Building 300, Room 149. If you have any questions, call 567-3705.
Give holiday care packages to deployed Airmen
Help us take care of our deployed Airmen with a holiday care package. If you or your team would like to help this year, come by the Chaplain's office to pick up a box and a list of suggested items to fill it with. If you want to simply bring the items, bring those by our office and we will box them and send them. Please bring filled boxes and additional items by Friday to Building 300, Room 149. Chapel offers Catholic Holy Day Mass
A mass will be offered in Building T-135 next to the gym for the celebration of the Immaculate Conception. You and your families are invited to attend 11 a.m. Tuesday. We hope you will come and join us. If you have questions, call the Schriever Chapel staff at 567-3705.

The Finance customer service office will close at 2 p.m. Wednesday for a Commander's Call.

Normal clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The clinic closes at 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays for unit physical training.
The clinic closes at 11 a.m. the second Wednesday of each month for training.

Military Retirees Activities Office holds luncheon
The Military Retiree Activities office holds a luncheon at noon the second Thursday of each month, at the Peterson Air Force Base Club, followed by its monthly council meeting at 2:30 p.m. in Building 350, Room 1206. Ellicott hosts Parade of Lights
Join in with the holiday festivities at the 15th annual Parade of Lights beginning at 5 p.m. Dec. 12 in Ellicott. Santa and Sparky the Firedog will visit the Ellicott Community Center after the parade! Refreshments will be served as well.

Join the Tierra Vista Communities and Santa Claus for a craft fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 12 at the TVC Community Center. The Society of Military Widows is open to widows of any branch of military service, regardless of the spouse's rank. Annual awards ceremony emcee, national anthem auditions
Do you like to talk? Do you like to sing? The 2015 Annual Awards Committee is seeking speakers and singers to audition for the annual awards ceremony.
