As part of the 50th Force Support Squadron, Juli Yim's duties include improving morale and quality of life for the Schriever Air Force Base community by providing a healthy, positive, and friendly environment to maintain a fit and active lifestyle. Yim supports the unit as a personal trainer, as well as maintaining the base fitness facilities in support of her unit's mission.  She provides fitness advice and information to personnel who need assistance with their physical training regime in an effort to help them succeed.

"As a trainer, assisting patrons with correct operation of equipment, technique, and spotting to avoid injury is a priority.  Ensuring that the facility and equipment is clean and maintained in good working order is equally important to the safety of our patrons," she said.

Yim continued, "In addition, I incorporate safety into my job by offering group and individual training focusing on the importance of a proper warm-up/cool-down, and correct form during motions.
