SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Col. Bill Liquori, 50th Space Wing commander, Col. Brian Barthel, 50th Mission Support Group commander, and 50th Civil Engineer Squadron personnel officially opened the emergency operations center during a ceremony Dec. 18, 2014, at Schriever Air Force Base, Colo.
