SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Legal notice to Schriever military, civilian personnel
This is to remind you that if you receive any demand, subpoena or any court order, requesting you to produce, disclose or release official Air Force information or to testify or appear as witness in any nonmilitary judicial proceedings, please contact 50th Space Wing Staff Judge Advocate office immediately. In addition, you are required to send to the 50 SW/SJA any writ, summons, notice of legal proceedings or other foreign civil process delivered to an Air Force officer, employee or activity immediately on receipt. Peterson Lacrosse Club looking for players

If you are interested in playing men's lacrosse with the Peterson Lacrosse Club, whether you have played for years or you are interested in trying it out for the first time, please email Alex Krussell at The team meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the football field behind the Peterson Air Force Base fitness center at 5 p.m.

Recycling conserves energy, environment
Did you know that recycling a ton of aluminum cans conserves more than 153 million Btu, which is equivalent to 1,665 gallons of gasoline? Do your part to conserve energy and the environment by participating in the Schriever recycling program. Place your rinsed or scraped plastics (No. 1-7, including No. 6 clamshells and cups), metal cans, glass bottles and jars, newspapers and magazines, cardboard, brown paper bags, aluminum foil and pie tins, phone books, and shredded and mixed paper in the single stream recycling containers.     

Financial services flight closed for official event

Schriever Fitness Center closes April 11-12
The basketball court and aerobics room at the Schriever Fitness Center will be closed April 10. The entire fitness center will be closed April 11-12 in support of the Children's Spring Fling. For more information, please call the fitness center at 567-6628.

Fitness Assessment Cell relocated to Building T-135
The Fitness Assessment Cell has been relocated to Building T-135 (west of the Schriever Fitness Center). Air Force fitness assessments will now be conducted in T-135. For more information, please call the Fitness Assessment Cell at 567-6650 or 567-2359.

Fitness center offers apparel discounts
The Schriever Fitness Center has some great deals on merchandise. Everything must go. Shorts, T-shirts, long sleeve shirts, padlocks and sweatshirts will be reduced below cost. Spring Fling volunteers needed
There are still spots for volunteers to assist with the 2014 Schriever Children's Spring Fling April 12. Chapel, holds marriage enrichment day retreat
You do maintenance on your car and home so why not your marriage? This one-day seminar is a free revitalization retreat designed for couples of any faith to strengthen their bond. Whether your relationship is young or old, weak or strong, or you are trying to decide whether to get married, you are welcome to join us. The event is held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 17 at Meridian Ranch Family YMCA and is sponsored by the Colorado Healthy Marriage Project in partnership with the Schriever Chapel. Partake in Passover Seder
The Passover Seder is a Jewish ritual feast that marks the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Passover. All faiths are welcome to come partake of this Orthodox Jewish feast retelling the story of the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt. The event will be held 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 15 in the Chapel Resource Room in Building 300, Room 146. The Seder meal and Haggadah will be provided for the first 15 individuals who register.
