Van pool seeks members
A Schriever van pool is looking for additional riders. It leaves from Albertson's parking lot on Union and Research Boulevard at 5:45 a.m. and arrives at Schriever AFB around 6:15 a.m. The van leaves Schriever at 3:30 p.m. and returns to Albertson's around 4:15 p.m. This is a great way to reduce wear and tear on your car, save money and relax on the way to/from work. The cost is $115 per month. For government civilians and military, the cost is covered. Some companies also offer reimbursement for van pools so contractor cost will depend on your company’s policy. If interested, contact Herb Hipple at 567-0285.
