Airman 1st Class Cody Neuweiler, a 290th Joint Communications Support Squadron member from MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., clears rubble obstructing the roadway so his team can establish communications at another location, Oct. 13, 2018. With support from the Joint Communications Support Element of U.S. Transportation Command and MacDill AFB’s 6th Air Mobility Wing Force Support Squadron, this team was one of the first on the scene, clearing paths and removing debris in an effort to enable recovery missions in Panama City, Fla.
