JTF-SD Navy members transfer to Space Force

SCHRIEVER SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Lt. Col. Stephen Bichler, Joint Task Force-Space Defense communications directorate director, officiated Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Samantha Stafford, JTF-SD information systems technician, transfer into the Space Force during a ceremony at the National Space Defense Center on Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, Dec. 1, 2021. Stafford's transfer followed being formally discharged from the Navy by Capt. (ret.) Michael Thrall, JTF-SD communications directorate, in keeping with their traditions.
